Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in ecommerce or related field.
• 7+ years in ecommerce management, digital merchandising, or related field.
• Hands-on Shopify Plus experience including catalog management and administration.
• Proven experience launching products across digital channels and leading go-to-market programs.
• Knowledge of SEO, AI-supported search optimization, conversion testing, site performance measurement, and GA4.
• Strong project management and ability to coordinate agencies, vendors and development partners.

Sr. Ecommerce Manager Responsibilities:

• Direct product launches across web, mobile, and social commerce channels, ensuring catalog and merchandising readiness.
• Improve product and collection discoverability through search optimization, accurate content, and effective site organization.
• Plan and deliver ecommerce campaigns while coordinating timelines, briefs, and execution with cross-functional teams.
• Lead conversion improvement initiatives, including testing across key shopping and checkout experiences and applying performance insights.
• Manage ecommerce partners, site enhancements, reporting, and operational improvements that strengthen customer experiences.

Sr. Ecommerce Manager Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience, along with at least seven years in ecommerce management, digital merchandising, or a related field.
• Hands-on expertise with Shopify Plus or a comparable ecommerce platform, including platform administration and catalog management.
• Demonstrated experience launching products across multiple digital channels and executing ecommerce marketing or go-to-market programs.
• Knowledge of SEO, AI-supported search optimization, conversion testing, site performance measurement, and ecommerce analytics, including GA4.
• Strong project management, communication, organizational, and analytical abilities, with experience coordinating agencies, vendors, and development partners.
