Qualifications

• You are an entrepreneurial, data-driven eCommerce leader with a track record of driving growth.
• You will own site merchandising strategy, pricing, promotions and integrated marketing planning.

Responsibilities

• Run the DTC and Amazon business with leadership updates.
• Partner with Product Development and Sourcing to inform long-term product roadmap and merchandising plans.
• Shape product presentation across DTC and Amazon with scalable playbooks.
• Lead new product launches across multiple teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Content on the integrated marketing calendar for seasonal campaigns and hero products.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sourcing and Marketing to build pricing and promo strategies that win customers and protect margins.
• Improve the online shopping experience with Digital Product; test ideas and refine merchandising.
• Drive high-impact growth programs from start to finish with executive alignment.
