Job summary

KiwiCo Inc. in Mountain View, CA, is seeking an ambitious Associate Sales Operations Manager to scale our sales operations for a growing customer base. You’ll analyze performance, identify growth opportunities, and optimize processes to empower the sales team and deliver customer success.

The role requires data-driven, highly organized, proactive problem solving in a fast-paced environment. You will work hybrid, 3-4 office days weekly, with remote days as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in sales operations or similar role.
• Experience with CRM tools (Hubspot or similar).
• Experience with ERP (Netsuite or similar), inventory planning and fulfillment ops tools.
• Experience engaging with customers in a sales support or sales role.
• Experience with data analysis using CRM tools (Hubspot or similar) and BI tools (Looker or similar).
• Experience partnering with engineering to build features for customers and sales.
• Proactive, self-motivated with high action bias.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills; detail-oriented in documenting workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage tools and systems critical for the sales process (CRM, ERP, inventory, fulfillment).
• Enhance sales productivity by building and optimizing workflows and processes.
• Collaborate with partners to streamline workflows (finance, operations, customer care, merchandising).
• Own end-to-end tracking of sales funnel and operational metrics; deliver regular insights.
• Analyze sales motions and team performance to define improvement recommendations.
• Engage with customers to drive customer success.
• Assist onboarding and training of new sales team members; create documentation and training materials.
• Partner with engineering to build features and integrations (3rd-party platforms, self-service ordering, admin tools).
• Support inventory planning and management.
• Support development of sales marketing materials.
• Lead planning for education conferences and events.
