Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch and optimization.
• Identify opportunities using BI, web analytics, competitive research, and user research.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and design to drive projects to completion.
• Streamline workflows for Education and Wholesale to increase efficiency and scale for large bespoke orders.
• Analyze customer feedback and technical data to diagnose and resolve product bugs.
• Design and conduct A/B tests to improve e-commerce conversion and report results.
