Job summary

SET Active, based in Beverly Hills, seeks a Senior Manager, Ecommerce to lead ecommerce strategy, digital growth, and customer experience. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in ecommerce, digital merchandising, or online retail.
• Proven experience managing and growing a DTC ecommerce business and driving online revenue.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce merchandising, site optimization, conversion, and customer journey.
• Experience managing ecommerce platforms such as Shopify Plus or similar.
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, and ecommerce reporting tools.
• Ability to analyze sales, traffic, conversion, AOV, and other KPIs to identify opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Own ecommerce revenue, conversion, AOV, and traffic KPIs.
• Develop an ecommerce and merchandising strategy based on brand priorities and sales trends.
• Develop and implement A/B testing plans to drive engagement and conversions.
• Create and evolve an ecommerce roadmap for new ideas and improvements.
• Test and optimize the site for all devices and user types.
• Incorporate SEO strategies and execute SEO best practices across site.
• Cross functional partnership with marketing, PD, planning for launches and promos.
• Lead day-to-day operations of website, including product listings and imagery.
• Launch products on the website and work with Operations on pricing and inventory.
• Ensure compelling content, copy, and visuals for timely launches.
• Oversee website navigation and functionality for a strong user experience.
• Monitor KPIs and report performance; conduct weekly/monthly reviews.
