Job summary

Sharp Electronics Corporation seeks a strategic, hands-on Senior Manager of Ecommerce and Digital Marketing to drive online revenue across DTC and marketplace channels. You will own the transactional journey, optimize site performance, and align marketing with sales to accelerate growth.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage P&L for ecommerce, and implement data-driven optimization across platforms such as BigCommerce and Salesforce, delivering measurable results for consumer electronics

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
• 5+ years of experience managing DTC eCommerce and marketplace channels.
• Proven track record of P&L management and revenue growth.
• Strong knowledge of eCommerce platforms and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, performance, and P&L for Sharp’s DTC eCommerce platform.
• Lead marketplace growth and content optimization across Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart, etc.
• Oversee site merchandising, navigation, and onsite search optimization.
• Develop dashboards and reports detailing DTC and marketplace insights.
