Samsung Electronics America, Inc. is seeking an experienced Order Management Specialist in Plano, TX to own the end-to-end lifecycle of order processing for a defined portfolio.

You will ensure compliance with Samsung policies, drive accurate order entry through billing, and resolve issues while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in order management, SAP/EDI familiarity, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related business field is required.
• 7+ years of Order Management and Operations experience.
• ERP experience with SAP preferred; EDI experience helpful.
• Strong MS Office proficiency and communication skills.
• Experience with AI tools such as Claude and Gemini preferred.
• Ability to lead and direct team members; think creatively within policy.
• Attention to detail, problem solving, and time management are essential.
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure; works independently.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete lifecycle of order management and fulfillment for an assigned portfolio.
• Ensure orders comply with policies, programs, and master purchase agreements.
• Submit orders into systems and manage entry through billing without errors.
• Resolve order-related issues and escalations with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to improve processes.
• Lead order-related integrations and testing for EDI, SPACE, and other interfaces.
