Mira Commerce, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Engagement Manager – Ecommerce Advisor to join our U.S. team. You will be embedded across multiple client accounts, guiding technical strategy and ensuring project delivery from platform implementations to AI-driven personalization.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on ecommerce experience in an agency setting, strong relationship management, and the ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder projects with strategic insight and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years in client management within a digital marketing or Ecommerce professional services agency.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, with ecommerce/digital marketing focus preferred.
• Strong understanding of modern Ecommerce platforms, digital marketing strategies, and industry trends.
• Experience with composable architectures, unified commerce, and AI-driven personalization is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex client engagements and Ecommerce technology projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship lead across assigned client accounts and guide strategic direction.
• Develop and manage strategic engagement plans tailored to each client’s needs.
• Monitor progress, measure outcomes, and adjust plans to meet objectives.
• Act as escalation point for client concerns and coordinate with internal teams.
• Provide strategic guidance on ecommerce platforms, marketing strategies, and trends.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and account growth with sales teams.
• Assist in contract review and compliance across engagements.
