Brillio is seeking an Engineering Leader for its Marketing & Ecommerce (MEC) practice to drive the evolution of digital experiences. You will be a MEC subject matter expert, collaborating with global teams and serving as a bridge between sales, delivery, and clients.

The ideal candidate will have deep Marketing & Commerce ecosystem experience, craft compelling solutions for Salesforce-led engagements, and contribute to ongoing client value while being partially billable on strategic work.

Qualifications

• 15+ years IT experience with proven track record in commerce & martech solutions.
• Experience identifying solutions and executing multiple full-scale projects.
• Deep expertise in headless CMS & commerce ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to accelerate technology modernization and AI adoption in Marketing & Ecommerce.
• Lead customer discussions, workshops, discovery engagements to build and win new business pipeline.
• Define and communicate the engineering vision and technology strategy for products and platforms.
• Provide technical leadership for the design and delivery of complex programs.
• Influence executives balancing customer needs, technical constraints, and business outcomes.
• Establish engineering KPIs, governance models, operating frameworks, and performance metrics.
• Champion the adoption of AI-assisted development, automation, and emerging technologies to enhance velocity.
