Job summary

ClearPlan is seeking an experienced Program Planner/Scheduler with DoD contracting experience and strong Earned Value Management capabilities. You will lead the architecture of the Program Planning & Control framework, including WBS and Integrated Master Schedule development, to support proposals and post-award projects.

Responsibilities include resource-loaded IMS development, adherence to scheduling policies, implementing EVMS and cost/schedule integration, DCMA 14 Point health checks, and

Qualifications

US Citizenship required.
Active security clearance preferred for the role.
Hands-on scheduling experience with DoD contracting and EVMS.

Responsibilities

Lead architecture of Program Planning & Control framework (WBS / IMS).
Develop Resource Loaded Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for proposals.
Develop/baseline Resource Loaded IMS for post-award projects per DI-MGMT-81861.
Support implementation of Earned Value Management and cost/schedule integration.
Maintain Resource Loaded IMS and forecasting capabilities.
Conduct DCMA 14 Point Analysis and schedule health checks.
Conduct Schedule Risk Analysis (SRAs).
Maintain EVMS processes with data tracking and analysis.
