Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, part of RTX, seeks a seasoned professional to support Earned Value Management inputs and cost reporting. The role involves partnering with engineering leaders and program managers to drive cost control and schedule adherence using EVMS tools.

The candidate will prepare EACs, LREs, forecasts, and variance analyses, with a strong emphasis on data accuracy and effective communication within a hybrid U.S.-based environment.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent with 5+ years of related experience, or an advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with SAP or APEX is required.
• Experience with government procurement regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support EVMS inputs, reporting, and analysis for monthly cycles.
• Facilitate Budget Change Requests, EAC, and LRE development and updates.
• Perform cost and schedule analyses to drive predictable results.
• Collaborate with engineering and program leads to meet commitments.
