Pratt & Whitney is seeking a Senior Analyst for the Earned Value Analysis and Reporting Organization in East Hartford, CT. The role interfaces with the Program Management Office and Engineering to provide guidance in Project Management, Budgeting, Scheduling, and Variance Analysis used in Military Engines programs.

The candidate will contribute to earned value methodology, data reconciliation, and compliance reviews, supporting internal and external customers, with a focus on accuracy and timely

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of experience or an Advanced Degree.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen; ability to obtain security clearance.
• Microsoft Excel proficiency with 2+ years of analytical/trending skills.

Responsabilités

• Support EVMS implementation and project management tools and processes.
• Provide guidance to program teams to ensure EVMS compliance.
• Perform risk assessments and what-if analyses for budgeting and performance.
• Assist with EAC reviews and Monthly Program Review preparation.
• Facilitate data reconciliation for earned value and project plans for external customer.
• Support compliance reviews and periodic process audits (DCAA/DCMA/JSR).
• Maintain attention to detail and customer satisfaction in military programs.
