RTX’s Pratt & Whitney segment seeks a disciplined Earned Value Analyst to join the P&W Earned Value Analysis and Reporting team in East Hartford. You will collaborate with the Program Management Office and Engineering to apply EVMS, budgeting, scheduling and variance analysis to the F135 development program.

The role emphasizes accuracy, cross-functional communication, and adherence to EVMS guidelines, with opportunities to influence program performance and ensure compliance with military

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 2+ years of experience.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilités

• Support EVMS implementation and project management tools and processes.
• Provide project management guidance to ensure EVMS guidelines are followed.
• Perform risk assessments and what-if analyses for budgeting and program performance.
• Assist with monthly/quarterly program reviews and Estimate-at-Complete activities.
• Reconcile data and provide EVMS or project plan data to the program manager and customer.
• Support compliance reviews and audits (DCAA, DCMA, Joint Surveillance Review).
