Job summary

RTX’s Pratt & Whitney unit in East Hartford, CT is seeking an Earned Value Analyst to support Military Engine Programs. The role focuses on EVMS guidance, budgeting, scheduling, and variance analysis within the Program Management Office and Engineering teams.

You will interact with CAMs and prepare monthly reviews, helping ensure robust Earned Value execution and reporting under tight schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• 2+ years of experience in business analytics, finance, or forecasting; including high proficiency with MS Excel.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate EVMS guidance to technical areas during planning and analysis.
• Support monthly deliverables, scorecards, data reconciliation and EAC reviews.
• Assist CAMs with WebEVM navigation, data input and variance analysis.
• Perform risk assessments and what-if analysis for budgeting and performance.
• Communicate effectively across a broad team and maintain detail orientation.
