Job summary

Pratt & Whitney is seeking a program management analyst to provide guidance in budgeting, scheduling, and variance analysis for the F135 program. You will apply Earned Value tools, support EVMS compliance, and prepare data analyses for program reviews with both internal teams and external customers.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data integrity, and timely reporting in a deadline-driven environment. U.S. citizenship is required, with onsite duties at East Hartford, CT.

Qualifications

• US citizenship is required for access to information.
• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience or advanced degree with 3+ years of experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with 5+ years of analytical and trending skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management guidance to program team to ensure adherence to Earned Value Management System (EVMS) guidelines.
• Facilitate monthly data reconciliation.
• Compile compliant monthly Program Management Data Analysis Reports (IPMDAR) approved by the Program Manager and provide to the external customer.
• Actively support monthly and annual Estimate At Completion (EAC) reviews.
• Support on-going compliance reviews and periodic process audits (e.g. DCAA, DCMA and Joint Surveillance Reviews), including timely follow-up and disposition of various internal and external data requests.
• Strict attention to detail and internal and external customer satisfaction focus is required to ensure high quality deliverables.
