Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is hiring a Sr. Trial Manager, Early Development, Oncology to drive local trial management in a remote US setting. You will oversee start-up to database lock, ensure data quality, compliance with GCP, and cross-functional collaboration with ED&CP teams.

You will lead site strategy, feasibility, risk management, and training of SMs/CTAs, while maintaining study budgets and timelines in a fast-paced, globally integrated environment.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree in Life Sciences required.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical trial management experience.
• Experience with ED&CP or ED/CP is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ICH/GCP and local regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills; able to work across cultures.
• Proficiency in English; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead local trial team activities to meet recruitment targets and ensure high-quality data.
• Collaborate with FM, PDL, and SSL to select sites and plan feasibility.
• Develop country-level trial documents and procedures.
• Monitor trial progress, budgets, and risk management.
• Ensure SAE/PQC/SUSAR reporting within timelines.
• Maintain study tools and dashboards; provide CAPA when needed.
• Coordinate site initiation visits and investigator meetings.
• Mentor SMs and CTAs; provide training.
