Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Local Operations Manager – Solid Tumor Oncology, to be located remotely in the United States. The role oversees US country level site performance and end-to-end clinical trial delivery from feasibility through closeout.

As a player-coach, you will mentor Local Operations Managers, coordinate with local trial teams, manage recruitment planning, data quality, and budget forecasting, and ensure alignment with global strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or related discipline is required; advanced degrees are an advantage.
• Strong understanding of GCP, regulatory requirements, and compliance management.
• Experience in oncology trial operations preferred.
• Experience in feasibility, startup strategy, enrollment execution and closeout.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; able to represent the country in global forums.

Responsabilités

• Accountable for US site level operational delivery from feasibility through closeout.
• Coordinate local trial team activities ensuring SOPs and regulatory compliance.
• Lead local planning to meet recruitment targets and deliver quality data within budget.
• Contribute to US trial operational strategy and integrate site insights into global planning.
• Represent US local operations in investigator meetings and governance forums.
• Mentor and support other Local Operations Managers; act as SME for assigned protocols.
