Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager, Clinical Operations, Early Development, Oncology to oversee ED&CP trials in the US. You will provide line management to Trial Managers, Site Managers and CTAs, align local goals with GD and JJIM strategies, and ensure inspection readiness and adherence to ICH-GCP and SOPs.

Responsibilities include resource forecasting, hiring and training, budget oversight, and driving process improvements.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Life Sciences.
• Minimum of 8 years of clinical research experience.
• ED&CP experience preferred.
• AI literacy and an AI-enabled mindset.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide line management to direct reports and set goals.
• Forecast resource needs for portfolio and recruit as needed.
• Hire, develop, and train staff.
• Ensure training and compliance with SOPs, ICH-GCP, and regulations.
• Oversee budgets and expenses; manage local ED&CP budget.
• Collaborate with Ethics Committees, Health Authorities, sites, and study teams.
• Drive process improvements and innovation in ED&CP.
• Ensure inspection readiness and quality oversight.
• Lead regular metrics reviews and action follow-ups.
