Johnson & Johnson (Innovative Medicine/Oncology) seeks a Sr. Trial Manager, Early Development to lead local trial activities in the US, including ED&CP studies, overseeing site coordination, budgets, and timelines. Remote in the United States with global study team collaboration.

You will partner with FM, PDL, and TDL to ensure quality data, safety reporting, and compliant trial conduct across ED&CP studies, providing mentorship and process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum BA/BS in Life Sciences or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of clinical trial management preferred; ED&CP experience may be required.
• Solid understanding of drug development, ICH/GCP, and local regulations.

Aufgaben

• Local trial management from start-up to database lock and closeout.
• Coordinate with FM, PDL, TDL, and SMs for site strategy and feasibility.
• Ensure SAE/PQCs/SUSAR reporting within timelines and maintain trial documentation.
