Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Sr. Trial Manager, Early Development, Oncology to oversee local trial delivery for EDCP studies in a remote capacity across the United States. You will manage start-up through database lock, ensure SAE/PQC/SUSAR reporting, and maintain trial documentation in line with GCP and local rules.

You will collaborate with FM, PDL, SSL and study teams to forecast budgets, plan recruitment, and drive quality data delivery, mentoring SMs and CTAs as needed.

Qualifications

• BA/BS Life Sciences required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical trial management experience preferred.
• Experience with EDCP and AI-enabled mindset is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Oversee local trial management from startup to closeout in EDCP studies.
• Ensure compliance with GCP, SOPs, and local regulations.
• Lead local trial teams and manage timelines and budgets.
• Communicate with stakeholders and ensure data quality in dashboards.
