Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy or related scientific discipline required.
• Typically, 2+ years in clinical trial operations, trial management, site management, or clinical monitoring.
• Experience in oncology trial operations strongly preferred.
• Solid understanding of GCP, regulatory requirements, and compliance management.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% (overnight stays) as needed.

Responsabilités

• Accountable for US site level operational delivery from feasibility through closeout.
• Support local trial team activities in compliance with SOPs and regulations.
• Lead local trial planning: recruitment targets, data quality, and budget forecasting.
• Mentor other Local Operations Managers and share country-level insights.
• Represent US local operations in governance forums and with global trial leadership.
