Job summary

NEXGEN is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to drive the delivery of our EAM platform as the primary functional authority from requirements through go-live and post-deployment hand off.

This remote, US-based role partners with a Project Manager to onboard new clients, translate complex operational needs into configured software, and guide data migration, UAT, and training. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in enterprise B2B/SaaS, EAM/CMMS experience, and travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems/ MIS or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years hands-on experience as a functional/implementation consultant or senior business analyst on enterprise B2B/SaaS implementations.
• Experience with EAM, CMMS, or related platforms; familiarity with NEXGEN, IBM Maximo, HxGN/Infor EAM, Cityworks, Accela, or Brightly is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to client sites across the US up to ~20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured discovery workshops with client teams to elicit, document, and validate functional requirements across EAM modules.
• Author UR memoranda capturing validated requirements and scope; maintain traceability.
• Analyze current and future-state processes; document workflows for client review and sign-off.
• Design and facilitate configuration workshops; configure asset hierarchies, work orders, PM schedules, inspection forms, inventory structures, and security models.
• Support data migration, training readiness, and go-live cutover; provide post-go-live support.
