Job summary

NEXGEN Asset Management is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a remote position responsible for end-to-end delivery of multiple EAM software implementations. You will partner with a Senior Implementation Consultant to govern contracts, kickoff, go-live, and post-deployment handoffs with minimal oversight.

You will manage stakeholders at the program and executive levels, travel up to 20% of the time, and contribute to methodology improvements while guiding junior PMs and the delivery team.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of PM experience leading enterprise B2B/SaaS implementations across multiple concurrent engagements.
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal direction and clear governance.
• Direct utilities/public sector or facilities management experience preferred; knowledge of maintenance and asset lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementation lifecycle for a portfolio of projects from kickoff to go-live.
• Serve as primary client contact with program sponsors and executives; build trusted relationships.
• Track budgets, invoicing, and milestones; surface variances early and manage risks.
• Establish governance frameworks and manage change control and scope creep.
• Coordinate delivery resources across teams to ensure cross-functional alignment.
• Lead status meetings, executive briefings, and concise reports; mentor junior PMs.
