Qualifications

• 3+ years of senior level leadership support or 1+ year Amazon experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
• Experience with executive level calendar management.

Responsabilités

• Management of complex calendar and scheduling requirements.
• Coordination and planning of domestic and international travel, including organizing trip agendas and local logistics.
• Completing expense reports, participation in budget planning and tracking as needed.
• Assisting with document design, writing, editing and formatting as needed.
• Acting as a liaison for direct reports across the globe.
• Planning and coordinating team activities and events.
• Managing other core administrative activities (space planning, new-hire onboarding, organizational charts, supply ordering).
