Job summary

Boeing Aerospace Operations on Whidbey Island, WA seeks a EA-18G Modification and Maintenance Manager to lead teams delivering customer support, logistics, and maintenance on the CVWP modification line.

You will develop plans, oversee suppliers, and drive process improvements while mentoring staff. Requires leadership experience and ability to travel domestically, with a comprehensive Total Rewards package.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a leadership role (team lead, temp manager, large cross-functional PM).
• Or completed Boeing’s internal course “Exploring Leadership”.
• Ability to travel domestically.

Responsibilities

• Manages employees performing customer support, logistics, technical, retrofit, repair and maintenance activities.
• Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
• Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
