Boeing Global Services is seeking a EA-18G Modification and Maintenance Manager who supports the type wing (CVWP) on the EA-18G modification line.

Position Responsibilities
  • Manages employees performing customer support, logistics, technical, retrofit, repair, modification and maintenance activities within Product Support.
  • Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
  • Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes Manages, develops and motivates employees
Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience)
  • Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership\" 3+ years of experience planning and scheduling maintenance Ability to travel domestically
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
