Job summary

Boeing seeks an EA-18G Modification and Maintenance Manager to support the CVWP wing on the EA-18G modification line. Position based on Whidbey Island, WA. You will oversee customer support, logistics, retrofit, repair and maintenance activities within Product Support.

Requirements include leadership experience, 3+ years in planning/scheduling maintenance, and ability to travel domestically. The role emphasizes process improvement, supplier management and team development.

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership role (team leader, manager) or completion of Boeing leadership program.
• 3+ years of experience planning and scheduling maintenance.
• Willingness to travel domestically.

Responsibilities

• Manages employees performing customer support, logistics, technical and maintenance activities within Product Support.
• Develops and executes project plans, implements policies, and sets operational goals.
• Allocates resources, manages suppliers, and leads process improvements.
• Maintains relationships with customers and stakeholders and approves technical approaches.
• Leads, develops and motivates staff.
