Job summary

The Boeing Company in Whidbey Island, WA, seeks an EA-18G Modification and Maintenance Manager who leads customer support, logistics, retrofit, repair and maintenance activities within Product Support for the CVWP wing.

You will develop and execute project plans, manage resources and suppliers, build partnerships with customers, and motivate teams; travel domestically and contribute to safety, quality, and on-time delivery in a complex military aircraft environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience in a leadership role.
• 3+ years of experience planning and scheduling maintenance.
• Able to travel domestically.

Responsibilities

• Manages employees performing customer support, logistics, technical, retrofit, repair, modification and maintenance activities within Product Support.
• Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals
• Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
• Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports. Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
• Manages, develops and motivates employees
