Qualifications

• 10+ years of program management experience in insurance or financial services.
• Experience leading large, complex cross-functional programs.
• Deep understanding of property & casualty insurance functions including underwriting, operations, finance, compliance.
• Strong governance and stakeholder management, including steering committee facilitation.
• Experience driving business readiness and adoption, including process changes and training.
• Ability to operate effectively with limited direct authority using influence and structure.
• Excellent judgment, problem-solving, and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex cross-functional programs end-to-end from initiation to rollout and stabilization.
• Define program scope, goals, governance, and delivery approach with discipline.
• Drive day-to-day program execution with integrated planning and issue resolution.
• Coordinate across underwriting, operations, finance, legal, technology, data, and external partners.
• Lead senior stakeholders, provide status updates, risk visibility, and timely decisions.
• Facilitate structured decision-making and ensure clear ownership and accountability.
• Drive organizational readiness, training, and go-live planning across impacted teams.
