Lead inventory strategy, partner with demand and supply teams, and drive data-driven decisions to achieve best-in-class service and cost efficiency. 1 Bachelor's degree and healthcare-focused supply chain experience preferred.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required or relevant experience.
• Proven ability in Manufacturing, Supply Chain and/or Logistics is required.
• Strong collaboration and analytical skills with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Defines inventory de-coupling points and develops replenishment strategies.
• Reviews supply chain parameters in alignment with sites (batch sizes, make frequencies, safety stock, lead times).
• Ensures development and alignment of constrained end-to-end production and inventory plans.
• Develops scenarios to avoid or resolve potential constraints.
• Drives a cross-functional approach to balance service, cost and inventory.
