Job summary

Johnson & Johnson’s Innovative Medicine division seeks a senior leader to shape and drive end-to-end supply chain planning across multiple countries. You will manage multi-echelon networks, coordinate demand and production plans, and participate in top-level IBP processes to ensure supply continuity.

The role requires deep experience in global planning, leadership across functions, and strong communication skills. Travel up to 25% is expected as part of global coordination and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering, logistics, manufacturing, supply chain, finance or economics.
• MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
• Supply Chain certification (APICS) preferred.
• 10+ years in manufacturing, planning, S&OP/IBP or supply chain management.

Responsibilities

• Define the end-to-end global supply chain configuration and related parameters (de-coupling points, replenishment strategies).
• Lead NPI Planning Management and drive alignment of constrained E2E production and inventory plans.
• Oversee demand and net requirements propagation and coordinate across global manufacturing nodes.
• Participate in executive IBP processes and lead the DSRM for the portfolio.
• Monitor KPIs, identify risks early and drive resolution across Plan, Source, MTO/PES, Deliver, Quality.
