MSIG USA is seeking an experienced Southeast E&S Property Underwriting Manager in a hybrid GA-Atlanta setting. The role leads the portfolio strategy, supports profitability, and guides underwriting staff to maintain high-quality standards.

Responsibilities include managing own book, allocating authority, monitoring risk controls, and building strong producer relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure superior customer service and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of commercial P&C coverage experience.
• 2+ years managing or mentoring junior underwriters.
• Strong underwriting management and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage the E&S Property portfolio and strategic plan.
• Underwrite and maintain own book of business.
• Allocate underwriting authority and coordinate with National Underwriting.
• Oversee staff workloads and account management processes.
• Track loss, marketing, and budget metrics monthly.
• Lead quality control and training from self-audits.
• Foster regional producer relationships and cross-functional collaboration.
