Job summary

Sandia National Laboratories in Albuquerque seeks a highly organized Systems Engineer to serve as a Program Coordinator. This role coordinates project teams across multiple SNL Centers, ensuring deliverables and activities are planned, tracked, and completed, in partnership with program and line leadership for a >$40M program.

The successful candidate will manage interagency meetings, reports, and strategic planning, while maintaining strong internal and external relationships to enable program

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with five years of directly relevant experience or equivalent combination.
• Two years coordinating or working with large programs.
• Two years partnering with Federal or external stakeholders.
• Active DOE Q clearance and ability to obtain SCI clearance

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate proposal calls.
• Plan, organize, and host large interagency meetings with external stakeholders.
• Partner with technical teams and leadership to prepare reports and presentations.
• Coordinate and report on 20+ projects with program leads across multiple centers.
• Host critical program reviews including reviews for SNL Executive Leadership.
• Attend internal and external meetings and execute action items and follow-up activities.
• Organize and facilitate program read-ins.
• Status financials, project issues, risks, procurements and customer interactions.
• Partner with Federal Program Managers to plan and execute project plans.
