Job summary

Liberty Diversified International in Minnesota seeks a Maintenance Manager to supervise a daily crew of 4-8 technicians and an electrical contractor, with an E&I focus on process equipment and building systems.

You will lead safety programs, schedule work, develop maintenance procedures, mentor staff, and collaborate with HR and leadership to drive reliability and uptime across the facility.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree in E/I Robotics, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 7+ industrial maintenance experience.
• 3+ years leading others.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership to the maintenance team by upholding safety standards and ensuring training is completed.
• Oversees planning, coordination and execution of non-shutdown maintenance to optimize uptime and performance.
• Leads E&I team members; mentors staff and addresses performance or behavioral concerns.
• Manages maintenance budget, cost estimates and procurement for parts and services.
• Oversees maintenance work orders and ensures reliability and safety in operations.
