Job summary

Southern Recruiting Solutions, Inc. seeks an I&E Maintenance Supervisor to lead a high-performing maintenance team in a chemical or food manufacturing setting.

You will maximize uptime, improve maintenance processes, and drive continuous improvement while building a skilled technician workforce. You will promote a strong safety culture, train staff on quality and safety standards, and manage MOC processes, while coordinating with contractors for major shutdowns and outages.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and coaching of hourly maintenance staff.
• Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance concepts.
• Ability to plan, schedule, and manage maintenance work within budgets.
• Knowledge of safety practices and engineering principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance team to keep production equipment operating safely and reliably.
• Promote safety culture and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Train employees on quality and safety requirements.
• Support and oversee the Management of Change process.
• Plan major maintenance shutdowns and coordinate with contractors.
• Lead maintenance and reliability improvement projects.
