Job summary

Liberty Diversified International is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee a Mill maintenance group, directing 4-8 technicians and 1 electrical contractor. The role emphasizes electrical and instrumentation maintenance, safety leadership, and reliability improvements across process equipment and facilities.

You will develop and implement maintenance procedures, manage budgets, and collaborate with HR and senior leadership on performance and development.

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance teams in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong safety mindset and incident investigation involvement.
• Ability to plan, schedule, and prioritize multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Guide and mentor a maintenance team of 4-8 technicians and 1 electrical contractor.
• Oversee non-shutdown facility maintenance to maximize uptime and safety.
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures; maintain personnel records and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate planning, budgeting, and procurement to support Mill projects and efficiency initiatives.
• Lead the maintenance work order process and monitor labor and overtime needs.
• Ensure equipment reliability through input on spare parts and modifications.
