Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking an experienced E-House Technical Lead to oversee the technical leadership, coordination, and delivery of medium to large-scale E-House and integrated power system projects.

This role serves as the primary technical interface between customers, project teams, engineering groups, manufacturing facilities, and multiple Schneider Electric business units throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field (advanced degree preferred).
• 10+ years in power systems engineering or leadership roles.
• Experience leading large, multi-unit projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams through design, execution, testing, and commissioning of E-House and integrated electrical infrastructure projects.
• Own the overall technical solution and ensure successful execution of the technical scope across all project phases.
• Review engineering deliverables, drawings, specifications, and technical documentation for quality and standards.
• Support sales and tendering with technical inputs, evaluations, and risk assessments.
• Coordinate technical activities across business units, manufacturing locations, and geographic regions.
