Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, Data Science, Marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in eCommerce, commercial analytics, retail, or strategy roles preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, SQL, or similar tools.
• Experience with eCommerce retail portals, digital shelf platforms, and syndicated data.
• Demonstrated project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end eCommerce insights and analytics across all BU’s and Categories.
• Develop, maintain, optimize and socialize KPI dashboards and reports.
• Partner with eCommerce Strategists to quantify opportunities and drive alignment.
• Lead bi-annual insights shareouts and synthesize tactics that improve performance.
• Manage Digital Shelf initiatives and ensure content accuracy and compliance.
