Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking an eCommerce Strategy Specialist to accelerate Nutrition eCommerce growth by turning shopper insights into action. You will own analyses of assortment, pricing, promotions, and share‑of‑search to drive a winning online strategy.

The role collaborates with Brand, Product Information, Regulatory, and Sales teams to ensure launch readiness and retailer onboarding timelines, while monitoring digital shelf performance and ensuring assets are prepared ahead of ship dates.

Qualifications

• University degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience with 2–3 years of related work experience.
• Category management or business analytics experience preferred.
• eCommerce experience preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Proactively leverage data and insights to understand the Online category landscape and identify business drivers.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for Omni data and insights capabilities.
• Collaborate with field teams to ensure Online data accuracy and reporting.
• Size eCommerce category opportunities and prioritize roadmap strategy.
• Measure category share results and provide actionable recommendations.
• Own end‑to‑end digital shelf optimization and ensure product discoverability.
• Lead launches and renovations of digital assets in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Monitor Digital Shelf performance including availability, search, PDP health, and ratings.
