Job summary

Propelis is seeking a Sr Client Coordinator to own complex client relationships and manage ecomm content from inception through completion. You will interpret client needs and guide projects through the digital shelf workflow from kick-off to publication.

The role supports remote work with a preference for candidates in the Minneapolis area. Strong project management, budgeting, and communication skills are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field is required.
• 3+ years progressive project coordination experience or equivalent.
• Understanding of digital shelf content requirements preferred.
• Occasional travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Creates and maintains the project work back schedule to ensure all up-front tasks and activities are assigned and completed on time.
• Initiates kickoff and solution review meetings and ensures subsequent meetings or tasks occur timely.
• Directs project activities and monitors project to ensure cost and timing efficiencies.
• Meets with clients to understand expectations and validates brand requirements throughout the process.
• Handles inquiries from clients and provides status updates and information as needed.
• Monitors production queries and resolves conflicts to keep projects on track.
• Additional duties as assigned.
