Qualifications

• 2+ years in digital marketing, project coordination, marketing operations, or ecommerce support.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with clear communication.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Shopify or CMS and ecommerce environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate digital marketing and ecommerce projects.
• Track project schedules, deliverables, and milestones.
• Support campaign execution and content development.
• Coordinate activities across Marketing, Ecommerce, Product Management, Creative teams, and external agencies.
• Assist with product launch initiatives.
• Manage project documentation and status updates.
• Support ongoing operational and administrative activities.
• Ensure assigned tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
