You will build and coach a merchant team, manage vendor partnerships, pricing, promotions, and digital customer experience on acehardware.com, while partnering with merchandising, digital marketing, and operations to drive profitable growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of digital or E-Commerce experience.
• 5+ years managing product categories and leading merchant teams.
• Strong strategic thinking, financial acumen, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead online assortment strategy, product selection, pricing, placement, and category growth plans.
• Oversee sales, gross profit, margin rate, and KPI targets with three-year category strategies.
• Build, coach, and develop a merchant team while attracting and retaining talent.
• Manage vendor partnerships, dropship expansion, rebates, and promotional funding.
• Coordinate with merchandising, digital marketing, ecommerce ops, inventory, and retail ops for cohesive execution.
• Improve customer path to purchase through taxonomy, search results, and SEO.
