• Interest in retail/wholesale and a post-graduation career with Ace preferred.
• Must work in the greater Chicago area in‑office, five days a week.

Responsibilities

• Own key projects in Merchandising during the internship.
• Develop financial acumen by managing P&L and portfolio optimization.
• Analyze forecasting, pricing, promotions, and shelving strategies.
• Drive category management insights and support business planning.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to execute strategies.
• Identify risks and opportunities and present to senior leadership.
