Job summary

Lotus Bakeries is seeking a Sr. E-commerce Account Manager to grow our U.S. e‑commerce presence across Amazon, Walmart, and other platforms. You will optimize content, campaigns, pricing, and digital shelf health while aligning with brand strategy and customer needs.

You will own paid search, DSP, and retail media plans, partnering with internal teams to drive revenue growth, expand distribution, and improve market share. This role reports to the Head of Sales Natural Foods.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of e-commerce account management experience.
• Expertise with Amazon, Walmart and Costco platforms.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decisions.
• Experience managing cross‑platform advertising budgets.
• Proficiency in Excel or similar reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day management of U.S. e‑commerce accounts (Amazon, Walmart, etc.).
• Optimize content, campaigns, pricing, and digital shelf health across platforms.
• Lead paid search, DSP, and retail media campaigns with cross‑functional teams.
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance recaps and insights for leadership.
• Collaborate with marketing, category, and global e‑commerce teams to grow revenue.
