Lotus Bakeries’ Biscoff US Sales team seeks a Regional Sales Director to drive profitable growth with national customers, including Walmart and other major retailers. You will own business plans, lead a team, and partner cross-functionally to optimize trade investments and promotions.

You will leverage Scintilla and other retailer data to assess performance, identify opportunities, and translate insights into growth strategies across digital and in-store channels.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of progressive CPG sales experience, preferably in food/beverage/CPG.
• Proven experience managing national retail accounts and leading Walmart business preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership of direct reports and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own annual sales targets, customer business plans, and growth strategies for major accounts.
• Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with buyers and cross-functional partners.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performance sales team with accountability and collaboration.
• Manage trade spend, promotions, and P&L to maximize profitability across accounts.
