Lotus Bakeries is seeking a Sr. E-commerce Account Manager to drive the day-to-day management and growth of our U.S. e-commerce business across Amazon, Walmart, Instacart, Target, Thrive, Safeway, and Kroger platforms.

Qualifications

• Proven experience (4-6 years) in e-commerce account management, with a track record of managing multiple accounts and platforms ideally within CPG.
• Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience managing cross-platform advertising budgets and optimizing campaigns for performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily e-commerce operations across Amazon, Walmart, Instacart, Target, Thrive, Safeway, and Kroger platforms.
• Conduct content and PDP audits, and manage Brand Store updates.
• Maintain scorecards, and pacing tools (MTD pacing, weekly order review, forecast, and finance check-ins).
• Collaborate on promotional planning and ensure strong execution.
• Own account forecasting and operational troubleshooting in close partnership with the supply chain team.
• Partner with internal teams and external agencies to plan, launch, and optimize paid search, DSP, and retail media campaigns.
• Manage media planning and strategy (annual/monthly plans, ROAS targets, budget splits, ecommerce scorecard).
• Review DSP ads and conduct pulse checks.
