Lotus Bakeries’ Natural Foods U.S. Sales team seeks a Sr. National Account Manager to drive growth with national retailers, manage account profitability, trade spend, and promotional planning.

You will own annual sales targets, cultivate relationships with buyers and brokers, and lead in-store execution across key accounts while leveraging syndicated data to deliver compelling sales presentations. Willingness to travel as needed is required.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of progressive CPG/national account experience preferred
• Deep understanding of U.S. retail markets and distributor partnerships
• Strong financial acumen to assess profitability and promotional viability
• Excellent planning, forecasting, trade management, and customer management skills
• Experience analyzing syndicated data and turning insights into presentations
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and conferences
• Proven ability to grow the business and drive store-level execution

Aufgaben

• Own annual sales targets and business plans for assigned national accounts.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts, brokers, and distributors.
• Conduct store visits to assess in-market performance and ensure execution of trade initiatives.
• Manage trade spend and promotional budgets for profitability.
• Collaborate with categories on monthly data and sales trend analyses.
• Represent Lotus Bakeries at customer meetings, industry conferences, broker summits, and trade shows.
