Job summary

Lotus Bakeries is seeking an E-commerce Account Manager to drive day-to-day management and growth of our U.S. e-commerce business across major platforms. You will optimize content, execute campaigns, and drive revenue through strategic alignment with brand strategy and customer needs.

You will own paid search, DSP, digital shelf, pricing, and portal operations, ensuring platform health and timely promotions. Collaboration with marketing and global teams is essential to accelerate digital growth.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of proven e-commerce account management experience.
• Expertise with Amazon, Walmart, and Costco platforms and pricing knowledge.
• Strong analytical skills to drive data-driven decisions and budget management.
• Experience optimizing product listings and managing compliance on Amazon.
• Proficient in Excel for reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily e-commerce operations across Amazon, Walmart, Instacart, Target, Thrive, Safeway, and Kroger platforms.
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid search, DSP, and retail media campaigns with partners.
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance recaps and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with marketing, category, and global teams to align media plans.
• Own account forecasting, pricing, and platform health in partnership with supply chain.
