Job summary

Mira, a San Francisco-based femtech company, is seeking a senior, hands-on E-commerce Delivery Project Manager to drive end-to-end website updates, product launches and promotions across Mira’s ecommerce ecosystem. You will coordinate with E-commerce, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Design, Copy and Compliance to keep priorities clear, dependencies managed, and launches on time and to a high standard.

The role is fully remote with a fast-paced startup culture.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years in e-commerce project management or delivery roles.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across Design, Copy, Development and Marketing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and dependencies in a fast-paced startup.
• Comfortable working with developers and understanding technical workflows.

Responsibilities

• E-commerce Delivery: drive end-to-end execution of website updates, launches, and campaigns.
• Cross-functional Coordination: align Copy, Design, Development, Marketing and Compliance to ensure timelines and blockers are clear.
• Development Delivery: lead development standups 2x per week, track blockers and keep work moving.
• Launch Management: own launch readiness and go-live coordination across website and e-commerce initiatives.
• Promotions & Campaigns: coordinate delivery of promotional campaigns and related changes.
• Product Launches: coordinate execution of new product and feature launches.
• Landing Pages & Website Updates: drive delivery of LPs and changes across teams.
• Process & QA: maintain clear delivery and QA processes for speed and quality.
• Project Tracking: maintain plans, timelines, dependencies and status updates.
• Risk & Escalation: identify blockers and escalate when needed.
• Team Coordination: keep stakeholders aligned and ensure smooth handoffs.
