Senior Product Manager (Strategy & Delivery)

100% REMOTE!

We’re currently looking for a Senior Product Manager—a hybrid thinker-doer who can own client relationships, shape product direction, and lead cross-functional teams to execution. You’ll serve as the connective tissue between clients, designers, developers, and stakeholders—balancing vision with velocity.

What you need for this position

• 5+ years of experience in digital product management, strategy, or project/account management
• Proven success in agency environments working with ecommerce brands (Shopify/Shopify Plus required)
• Strong understanding of Shopify ecosystem, including themes, apps, checkout, and analytics
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile or hybrid delivery models
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strategic mindset with a bias for action and delivery

What you’ll be doing

• Lead product strategy for Shopify-based eCommerce experiences, from discovery to launch and iteration
• Translate business goals into product roadmaps, user stories, and success metrics
• Manage day-to-day project delivery across agile pods (design, dev, QA), ensuring timelines and budgets are met
• Serve as the primary client contact—facilitating workshops, presenting roadmaps, and building trust
• Collaborate with UX, design, and engineering to prioritize features and optimize user flows
• Identify growth opportunities through CRO, retention, and personalization strategies
• Contribute to internal process improvements and mentor junior PMs or strategists
